Sherwood State Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Specialist to support loan processing and servicing operations. This role is responsible for reviewing loan documentation, verifying financial and applicant information, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements. The Loan Specialist will process transactions, monitor loan files, coordinate with internal departments, and assist in resolving servicing issues while maintaining efficiency and accuracy throughout the loan lifecycle. Loan Processing or related experience is preferred. The candidate will be responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements including BSA.
