Sherwood Banc Corporation, Inc. (“Sherwood”) holding company for Sherwood State Bank (“the Bank”), has been providing banking services since 1945. Our vision then as it is today is for the Bank to make its decisions based on the benefit to the local community and the shareholders.

We look to invite new investors, as yourself, to join our shareholder family. Sherwood is privately held, meaning that our stock does not trade on any electronic exchange.

Sherwood’s stock is traded through the Bank’s internal trading desk and is the Sherwood’s transfer agent.  Sherwood accommodates the purchase of its common stock through an individual Self-Directed IRA offered by the Bank.
